Scouting is a Non-Profit, multi-level organization. Due to this, each charter is required to raise their own funds which pay for things like camp registration fees, awards, community project materials, annual dues, and pack/den project craft materials to name a few. This is why community support is so important. Our fundraising ranges from National level Trails-End Popcorn sales to local level events like community dinners, bake sales, and donations.

Through fundraising, Scouts learn valuable skills in salesmanship and professionalism while helping them build confidence, accept rejection, build pride and appreciation of the earnings they raise, and self-sufficiency.
